The Hobbit: An unexpected journey - for butt lift exercises

Theme: Greed brings a curse to everyone. In this case an evil dragon. Cooperation, team spirit and good leadership can overcome unimaginable adversity.

Where: In a living room with two story high ceiling about 9 meters with a 27 inch Sony Brava Televesion and logitech speakers. Sounds has a cavernous quality in this room.

Audience: 3 teenagers and a 40 something mum.

Sound: X2 Logitech speakers with a base speaker.

Activity: 3 sets of butt lift exercises with 36 reps per exercise. Lunges with weights, hip extension from squats with upper limb extension using 2kg and 5 kg weights, feet together everted squats with upper limb extension using 2kg and 5 kg weights. Stretches.

Multitasking: Exercises and interacting with teenagers during the almost 3 hours length movie 169 minutes with some breaks for refreshments.

Like: The great action scenes and the well choreographed fight scenes. Great backdrop and scenery of the mountains and caves in the movie. Dislike complexity of the plot with multiple characters whom the viewers has to work out - more difficult if you have not seen the Lord of the Ring series. In this case there were 3 teenagers to assist with the characters and reference to the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
