The Lone Ranger - Shoulder Exercises

Theme: Justice will prevail and becomes a legend. Plenty of rock throwing (great for encouraging shoulder exercises)

Where: Living room with 9 meter ceiling.

Audience: 3 teenage kids and a 40 something mum

Sound: Logitech speakers with base speaker

Activity: Exercises to strengthen rotator cuff muscles in Left shoulder. For more instructions see the New York Times article with photos http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/09/08/phys-ed-how-to-fix-a-bad-tennis-shoulder/?smid=pl-share Includes side lying shoulder rotation, seated rows, external rotation with retraction, standing external rotation, shoulder external rotation with 90 degree abduction. The article in NYT will have photos and more detailed instructions on the exercise of how to fix a bad tennis shoulder.

Multitasking: Shoulder exercises for rotator cuff as above and having television dinner.

Like: The great stunt scenes with 'Silver'the spirit horse and galloping on rooftops. Dislike the difficulties in the relationship between Kimosabe and Tonto and how the film is shown in flashback from 1933 in San Francisco. Mainly as a reminiscence by Tonto at a Wild West display of a fair ground.

Check it out atLone Ranger at IMDB

Cast: Johnny Depp as Tonto, Armie Hammer as John Reid, Ruth Wilson as Rebecca Reid, William Fichtner as Butch Cavendish.

Director: Gore Verbinski
